Your mission:
Be the voice of the community and interact with our user base across multiple social media channels (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, Telegram, etc.) daily . Assist them in navigating through our platform as well as through the various products and services Bitpanda offers.

Why you?
You love to help and educate others, you have a passion for cryptocurrencies like Pantos or BEST and investing/finance in general. You are also eager to learn, to take responsibility and to work in a fast-paced environment which never gets boring. Additionally, you are happy to handle user requests in Italian, German, English and additional languages.

What you will do:

• Grow our community across numerous social media groups, keeping them updated and organised
• Maintain relationships with our users and find opportunities to involve them in Marketing and Product decision-making
• Be a strong Bitpanda ambassador to our users
• Represent our values and communicate about our products and updates clearly
• Collaborate with the wider Marketing team to drive growth campaigns relevant to our community
• Act as a link between our users and Customer Care, Operations and Marketing, as well as other departments

What we’re looking for:

• An excellent, savvy, social media communicator
• Passion for blockchain and fintech
• You have 2+ years of experience in community management, customer support, social media or communication field
• Excellent writing and communication skills in English, Italian and German are required (C2 level), any additional language are a plus
• Passion for cryptocurrencies, blockchain and Bitpanda’s services is considered a big plus
• Willingness to work evening and night shifts at least twice a week
