Your mission

As a Product Manager for Exchange-Traded Products, your mission will be to contribute your expertise to the creation of crypto-based exchange-traded products and bring them to institutional customers (asset managers, banks, fintechs and other players). You will collaborate closely with our Product Management, Business Development, Sales, UI/UX, Engineering and Regulatory departments to expand Bitpanda’s offering by creating new products.

What you'll do

• Actively engage with institutional clients, together with our Product Management, Business Development and Sales teams to create compelling products tailored to our clients’ needs
• Conceptualise and structure financial products based on our existing universe of asset classes
• Leverage your in-depth knowledge of traditional finance to create state-of-the-art products and streamline the underlying processes for issuing, trading, reporting, risk management etc.

Who you are

• At least 2+ years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in the structuring and origination of financial products, DCM, markets & trading etc.
• Experience with and expertise in traditional ETPs, structured financial products, derivatives and notes/bonds
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology is considered a plus, but not required
• University degree in an Economics, Business or Finance-related field with excellent academic records
• Strong passion for Bitpanda’s mission and high drive to actively shape the financial services and crypto industry
• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong ability to work with deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills
• Fluent in German and English
