• Strategic development and implementation, defining the product line's strategic direction
• Developing business plans and collaborating closely with regional teams and product management
• P&L accountability and revenue growth strategies
• Monitoring financial performance and implementing value-based pricing models
• Contract management and coordination between internal teams
• Customer relationship management and team leadership
• Driving process simplification and automation, including process cleanup and complexity reduction
• Standardizing service requests across regions through collaboration with local teams and IT
• Defining go-to-market activities to improve customer satisfaction and regain lost customers
• Digitizing processes to ensure fast internal and external interactions
• Managing pricing strategy for transactional price lists, including spare parts and field services
• Participating in business reviews and supporting analysis/KPIs with the head of services and finance

Ihre Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience in Product Line Management, Business Execution, Business Development
• Bachelor/Master in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or similar education
• Profound knowledge of business development, execution, and fulfillment
• Background in marketing campaign management is advantageous
• Strong analytic skills with the ability to generate alternatives and drive positive change
• Hands-on approach and autonomy in work
• Excellent communication skills and assertiveness, capable of working across multiple levels and regions
• Experience with operational systems/applications, including ERP and MS-Office applications
• Fluency in English and German
