Scrum Master (f/m/x)

As a Scrum Master you come with the right agile mindset. You welcome a learning organization and continuous development of yourself and the teams you are responsible for. Your duty is to guide and taking care of agile engineering teams, helping them to improve their way to a self-organization and drive their productivity by using the right metrics. You are the role model and stick to the agile way of working. Furthermore, you coach the teams and share your knowledge with the team members and other Scrum Masters in the ceremonies or attend Community of Practices and Guild appointments.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that your agile teams adhere the agile framework theories, practices, and rules (Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Frameworks)
• Coach and guide the agile teams in self-organization and cross-functionality
• Identify and remove impediments to ensure the continuous workflow of the team
• Support the Product Owner regarding the backlog maintenance
• Facilitate events as requested or needed due to the product requirements
• Enhance the communication within the team and with stakeholders
• Responsible for the team’s report management using agile metrics (i.e. Burndown Chats)
• Organize team events and come-togethers for you teams or area of responsibility
• Active involvement in community of practices and guild meetings
• Cooperate with Agile Coaches, other Scrum Masters and Software Engineering Leads to increase the effectiveness of the development of agile methods and frameworks in the whole organization
• Drive forward the agile transformation companywide

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as Scrum Master in cross-functional teams, any related certification will be a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical or economical university-based education
• Strong understanding of agile principles and theory, especially in Scrum and Kanban
• In-depth understanding of software development and lifecycle
• Agile digital Toolset: JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Retro Software
• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills in a hybrid working environment
• Open-minded and engaged view for change and continuous development
• Good communication skills in english are mandatory
